Terms of Service for AIExcel

1. WHAT THIS SERVICE IS

AIExcel provides free AI tools for spreadsheet work: generating
formulas, explaining formulas, generating VBA macros, and generating regular
expressions, alongside a reference library of spreadsheet functions.

There is no account, no subscription and no payment. Using the site means
accepting these terms.

2. NOT AFFILIATED WITH MICROSOFT OR GOOGLE

Microsoft and Excel are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Google Sheets is a
trademark of Google LLC. AIExcel is an independent tool, is not
endorsed by or affiliated with either company, and is not a Microsoft or Google
product. Those names are used here only to describe what the tools work with.

3. FAIR USE

Each visitor gets 20 generations per day, counted
by IP address and reset daily. You may not attempt to evade that limit, script
the endpoints, resell access, or use the service in a way that degrades it for
others. We may block traffic that does.

4. THE OUTPUT IS A DRAFT, NOT ADVICE

Formulas, macros and patterns produced here are generated by a language model.
They are frequently correct and sometimes confidently wrong. You are
responsible for checking any output before relying on it, and particularly
before running generated VBA — macros can modify or delete data and VBA
operations cannot be undone.

Nothing here is financial, tax, accounting, legal or professional advice, no
matter what a generated formula calculates.

5. YOUR CONTENT AND THE OUTPUT

You keep whatever rights you have in the text you submit. We claim no ownership
of the formulas, code or patterns you receive, and you may use them for any
purpose, commercial included, without attribution.

Do not submit confidential information, personal data about other people, or
anything you are not permitted to disclose. Prompts are sent to a third-party
AI provider to be answered — see the Privacy Policy.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not use this service to generate code intended to damage, exfiltrate data
from, or gain unauthorised access to any system; to produce content that is
unlawful; or to attack this site or its providers.

7. AVAILABILITY

This is a free service provided as-is. There is no uptime commitment. Features,
limits and the underlying AI models may change or be withdrawn at any time
without notice.

8. NO WARRANTY, AND LIMITS

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided without
warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular
purpose and accuracy of output.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or
consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, arising from use of this
service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, with the
courts of that jurisdiction having exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

10. CHANGES

If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page changes with
them. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new version.
